- Dust bags and rubbish from the site
All this waste is collected and packed properly for disposal. We also remove protective stickers, tapes, and covers from windows, doors, and fixtures.
2. Dust Removal from All Surfaces
Construction dust is very fine and it goes everywhere—on the walls, the ceiling, the floors, and inside the cabinets. Our team does full dusting from top to bottom. We start with the ceiling, light fittings, and air vents, then we come down to the walls, window frames, doors, shelves, and finally the floors. We use industrial vacuum cleaners with HEPA filters because they trap the fine dust instead of pushing it back into the air. This step is very important for people with allergies or breathing problems.
3. Window and Glass Cleaning
After construction, windows and glass surfaces are usually covered with dust, paint splashes, stickers, and glue marks. We clean:
- Window glass, inside and outside (where it is safe to reach)
- Window frames and tracks
- Glass doors and partitions
- Mirrors and other glass fittings
We use special scrapers and solutions to remove paint spots and sticker glue without scratching the glass.
4. Kitchen Cleaning

5. Bathroom and Toilet Cleaning
Bathrooms need deep cleaning after construction. We scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks, and showers. We remove cement grout, paint marks, and dust from tiles and fittings. We also polish chrome fixtures like taps and shower heads so they shine like new.
6. Floor Cleaning and Scrubbing
Floors take the most punishment during construction. We vacuum all floors first, then we scrub them with the right method for the floor type. Tile floors are scrubbed and grout lines are cleaned. Wooden floors are cleaned gently with safe products. Concrete or terrazzo floors are scrubbed with machines until clean. Finally, we mop everything and leave the floors spotless.
7. Wall, Door, and Fixture Wiping
We wipe down walls to remove dust marks, wipe doors and handles, clean light switches and sockets, and dust skirting boards and ledges. Cobwebs are removed from all corners.
8. Final Touch-Up Cleaning (Last Stage)
After the main cleaning, we do a full check of the whole property. This is called the touch-up stage. We go room by room and clean any small spots that were missed, wipe fingerprints, and do a final vacuum and mop. The goal is to make the space move-in ready.
