If cleaning is done while workers are still inside, they will walk on the clean floors and make new dust. So the best time is when the contractors have fully finished and left the site.
2. After All Materials and Debris Are Removed
Before the cleaning team comes, all the big materials should be taken away. This includes leftover cement bags, timber, metal pieces, broken tiles, and packaging boxes. Post-construction cleaning is not the same as junk removal. The cleaners will sweep away fine dust, remove paint spots, wash windows, and clean floors.
